AREA is proud to announce that Ms.Pattama Chantranukul is now the Managing Director (MD) of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA)

Dr.Sopon Pornchnokchai, President of AREA announced that according to the board of the management of AREA, Ms.Pattama is now the new MD.  She has been with AREA since the beginning in 1991 or 28 years ago.  At that time, AREA had only 5 colleagues and developed to  120 colleagues altogether.

Ms.Pattama earned a B.A. in Finance from the Bangkok University and trained at the LRTI-Lincoln Institute of Land Policy on Property Valuation.  She takes care of real estate surveys and studies.  She has led a large number of groups of officers and top business leaders on international study visits to America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the like.

Ms.Pattama was a board member of the Valuers Association of Thailand and is currently a board member of the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation as well as the Thai Real Estate Business School.  She plays a vital role in developing AREA to earn the ISO 9001:2015 and Grade A Consultancy Firm for Public Debt Management Office, Ministry of Finance.
