Seminars

As the compiler of Thailand’s largest private real estate database, AREA conducts regular seminars on a wide range of topical real estate subjects. The seminars are often timed to coincide with the release of major survey and study reports, and reveal the latest primary data on the Thai property market. Much of the data comes from AREA’s own ongoing surveys to monitor the market sectors and is, therefore, unavailable from any other source. Regular attendees at AREA seminars include:

ü government officials
ü financial institution managers
ü property developers
ü building material manufacturers
ü property owners
ü securities analysts
ü real estate investors
ü real estate brokers and consultants
ü property managers
ü home buyers

AREA’s training courses are designed for those who require some knowledge of property valuation and/or research without the need for an advanced professional qualification. These include officials of government organizations, middle management of banks and other lending institutions, land owners and property developers. Conducted over two or three days, the courses teach the basics of how to carry out a valuation and examine typical case studies.

For larger clients such as banks and government organizations, training can be conducted in-house exclusively for the client’s staff.
