A Welcome Statement

Welcome to Agency for Real Estate Affairs.  Formed in 1982 as the Thai Engineering and Management Development (TEAM D), we have surveyed, valued, researched and compiled a computerized GIS database of millions of all types of properties in Thailand and ASEAN regions.

Be confident that in Thailand, we are your trustworthy property consultants. This is because AREA is:

  • the first and only ISO 9001-2008 certified property consultants firm in Thailand,

  • the largest property information centre supported by modern computer technology and GIS,

  • the pioneer of computer-assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) techniques since 1990,

  • the centre of long-serving valuers and researchers who were internationally-trained at the LRTI-Lincoln Institute of Land Policy

  • the regional contact on ASEAN properties from around the world.

We are highly disciplined people. We refrain from real estate brokerage and self-interest property development to avert a potential conflict of interest.

I invite you to learn more about our AREA, your Thai local contact with world-class consultancy services.
