During June 23 to 25, 2017, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President of FIABCI-Thai, Thai Appraisal Foundation and Agency for Real Estate Affairs went to give a speech on "the 20 Years of Housing Markets in Bangkok in Comparison to Phnom Penh" for the members of the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) at the Phnom Penh Sofitel in Phnom Penh. This CVEA has over 2,000 members nationwide. It is one of the largest real estate association in ASEAN as well. It is led by Dr.Kim Heang who is currently the CVEA President.
