Our participants at the congress of the ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) helped donate some Baht 12,000 for the homeless in Thailand during October 21 to 22, 2019.  Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, former board member of the ASEAN Valuers Association who is the Chairman of the Issarachon Foundation for the Homeless raised this fund to help the homeless in various aspects.

For those who donated money for the homeless, Dr.Sopon gave his book, International Real Estate Surveyed as a compliment.  Some 150 books were given to the contributors.  The other 50 books were given to the leading figures of the AVA for free.  The price of each book is USD 4 Altogether Dr.Sopon contribute some USD 800 or Baht 24,000.
