The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Thai) hosted the prestigious FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026 ceremony at a grand gala dinner held on the evening of Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the Royal Orchid Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, Bangkok.

 

Among the distinguished recipients this year was “ZENSIRI LAKESIDE MABPRACHAN” by Zensiri Lakkside Co., Ltd..  which received an award in the Residential (Low rise) - Best Luxury Lakeside Pool Villa Development Category.
