Ms. Carmen Chong is a seasoned real estate and mortgage broker, as well as a trusted life insurance and annuity consultant. With nearly two decades of experience, she specializes in asset protection strategies that safeguard both property and financial well-being. Carmen advocates for sustainable homeownership by educating clients on the importance of home insurance, mortgage protection, and life insurance with living benefits—ensuring families are financially prepared in the face of illness, disaster, or unforeseen hardship.

 

Outside of her business, Carmen has been a dedicated member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) since 2009. She was the founding president of the AREAA SF Peninsula Chapter in 2011, served as National Chairwoman in 2015, and currently leads as CEO of the Global Real Estate Alliance.   Her leadership reflects a continued commitment to building resilient communities and promoting global collaboration in real estate.
