The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Thai) hosted the prestigious FIABCI-Thai Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026 ceremony at a grand gala dinner held on the evening of Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the Royal Orchid Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel, Bangkok.

 

Among the distinguished recipients this year was “Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit - Klong 3” by Supalai Public Company Limited.  which received an award in the Residential (Low Rise) Category.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Voravut  Laipoonswat, Deputy Director General of the Department of Lands, Ministry of Interior, along with Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of FIABCI-Thai and President of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA)
