On October 2, 2026, after the ASEAN Valuers Congress in Danang, Vietnam. Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and FIABCI Thai and Board Member, International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) walked to the airport.

It was 8.5 km for two hours on a sunny day at 33 Celsius. He had enough time to walk. This was to practice patience and stay down-to-earth. He wanted to maintain his idea not to be feudalistic and bureaucratic as well.
