FIABCI
FIABCI is the French acronym for "Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers", which means "The International Real Estate Federation in English".  In its 69 years of existence, FIABCI has built an enviable reputation. It represents the world's real estate professions through its Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations Organisation.

FIABCI's role in the United Nations is to make recommendations and provide advice on matters such as property rights, housing for the poor and money laundering.  With chapters currently operating in more than 60 countries, FIABCI represents every discipline in the industry and links thousands of real estate professionals worldwide.

FIABCI Prix d'Excellence
FIABCI Prix d'Excellence recognizes the project that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation. It illustrates concretely the FIABCI ideal of 'providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs' and even mature projects are eligible.  Awarded by an international panel comprising top real estate professionals and experts, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence rewards overall merit and not just aesthetics, functionality or size.

It therefore represents an outstanding achievement and bestows upon the winner the right to use the coveted exclusive award logo. Winners also gain access to unique international platforms for their projects and companies throughout the extensive FIABCI network of more than 60 members' countries and over 120 professional organizations worldwide.  The Prix d'Excellence is much more than just a beauty contest. It represents projects that are a cut above the rest!

 

FIABCI-Thai Prix d'Excellence Award
FIABCI Thailand Chapter invites developers to norminate leading real estate projects to win the prestigious FIABCI-Thai Prix D'Excellence Awards 2020. Projects include those related to environmental, heritage, master plan, hotel, convention, industrial, office, public infrastructures/, amenities, residential condominiums, residential (low rise), resort, retail, rural development, specialised project, sustainable development.

Applications are accepted until August 11, 2020 (Tuesday). Evaluation/Site Inspection will be on August 13-21, 2020.  Awards Ceremony is on October 6, 2020 (Tuesday) at the Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.  FIABCI-Thai International Real Estate Federation Thailand has invited a well-known person in the real estate industry both from Thailand and the global stage to be a jury of this competition, This Award considered to be among the most prestigious award in the international stage.
