Here is the Presentation on the Uses of Technology in Valuation.  Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, FIABCI-Thai (www.fiabci-thai.org) who is also the President of the Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation (www.thaiappraisal.org) was invited by the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) to speak at the 5th Africa Regional Conference which was held virtually during December 3 to 4, 2020. This year’s conference theme was “Advancing Africa’s Land and Property Agenda amidst Covid-19 Pandemic.”

 

This was a major event in the Institution’s calendar, and we envisage to attract more than 400 participants, drawn from the surveying profession in 20 African Countries.  The conference was virtual.  Dr.Sopon spoke about the “Uses of Technology in Property Valuation”.  Here is his recent presentation as well as ppt file.
