According to the report of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, top land prices in Bangkok are now USD 25,000/SqM

 

Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs (www.area.co.th) which is the foremost real estate information and valuation Centre in Thailand reported that top land prices in Bangkok are now USD 25,000/SqM or USD 2,323/SqF. These are in the areas like Siam Square, Chit Lom, Ploenchit and the beginning of Sukhumvit.
