On Friday, June 14, 2023, Mr.Bertrand Wasels, an advisor to the Board Members of the TEGOVA (the European Group of Valuation Associations) generously visited Dr.Sopon Pornchonkchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and President, Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation.

 

TEGOVA is the European umbrella organization of national valuers associations. Its main objective is the creation and spreading of harmonized standards for valuation practice, education, and qualification as well as for corporate governance and ethics for valuers. It supports its member associations in the introduction and implementation of these standards.  TEGOVA represents the interests of 69 associations from 37 countries with a total of over 70.000 members. and speaks with a common voice on valuation to European legislators and policy-makers.

TEGOVA will have its Autumn General Meeting of TEGOVA as the General Assembly of Members in Bologna on, Italy during October 5 to 7, 2023 organized by ASSOVIB (Association of Property Valuation Companies). The programmer consists of:

- Thursday 5 October: Board meeting and Board dinner.

- Friday 6 October: Valuation conference, Standards Board meetings, and formal dinner.

- Saturday 7 October: General Assembly meeting and informal dinner.

The Main Venue will take place at the Royal Hotel Carlton.
