In each country, how to facilitate, say, foreign home buyers e.g. buying taxes, minimum prices, duration of stay prior to the buying, annual property tax, capital gain tax when selling, inheritance tax and the like.

 

Another Panel Discussion: Licensing Real Estate Professionals for International investments. In order to ensure foreign buyers on properties, it is important to know how to control, certify or give license to professionals e.g. brokers, developers and valuers in each country.
