First and foremost, allow me to extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt thanks to all of you our honored delegates, distinguished guests, business community members, VARS members, and partners for taking the time to join us at today's event.

 

In the warm, solemn, and emotional atmosphere of the VARS VIP Gala Night 2025, 1 am truly honored to represent the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS) in extending a heartfelt welcome, sincere gratitude, and best wishes for health, success, and prosperity.

 

Ladies and gentlemen,

As part of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Day 2025, with the theme "FLY UP- VARS: Confidence to Reach New Heights", VARS is proud to organize a rich and practical series of activities that continue to grow in professionalism and impact.

 

In addition to the VARS Awards Ceremony, traditional activities have been further developed, such as the VARS Golf Tournament, and the VARS Conference themed "Real Estate Brokerage in a New Landscape - Strategic Shift, Leading the Game", gathering numerous experts, policymakers, and business leaders.

 

Especially tonight, the VARS VIP Gala Night serves as a platform to connect the brokerage community with domestic and international partners, fostering cooperation and spreading the positive values of our profession.  This is also a moment of appreciation for international organizations, units, and partners who have always supported the development of the real estate brokerage profession in Vietnam.

 

Ladies and gentlemen,

After overcoming a difficult period in recent years, the Vietnamese real estate market has begun to show positive signs of recovery and development in 2025. However, alongside favorable changes, the market still faces many new challenges, requiring continuous efforts from the entire industry.  In this context, the solidarity and close connection among VARS members - from individual brokers to businesses and trading floors remain key to building collective strength, stabilizing, and accelerating the market's recovery.

 

As a professional organization representing Vietnam's real estate brokerage workforce, VARS remains deeply aware of its responsibility to accompany and support brokers, enterprises, and the real estate market under all circumstances.  We are committed to serving as a bridge between our members and state management agencies, persistently advocating for policy improvements that help establish a transparent, coherent, and practical legal framework for the new era of real estate brokerage.

 

With strong faith in the courage, intelligence, and unity of our entire membership, I firmly believe that Vietnam's real estate brokerage profession will continue to grow, evolve professionally, adapt flexibly, innovate, and rise to new heights – making positive contributions to the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of the real estate market in this era of deep international integration.
