On Monday, July 7, 2025, Prof.Dr.Eduardo Gutierrez Ong kindly gave two copies of his book entitled Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines RA 9646 Annotated by the 1st Chairman of thre Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service to Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, FIABCI-Thai and another copy to the Thai Real Estate Business School where Dr.Ong is a board member.
