On July 30, 2025, Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs (www.area.co.th) visit the International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training (ICLPST).  Dr.Sopon studied valuation at this Center in 1989. Professors from Lincoln Institute of Land Policy based in Boston, Massachusetts came to teach international graduate students at this Center.
