On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for over 20 years received a letter of recognition from the RICS Acting President, Mr.Nicholas Maclean, OBE RD FRICS.  He gave Dr.Sopon an enamel badge exclusively for those who contributed to RICS governance and it was a symbol of RICS appreciation.
