On Monday, December 8, 2025, Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and FIABCI-Thai (International Real Estate Federation, Thailand Chapter) organized an Exclusive International Seminar on Practical Real Estate Investments with Best Returns in Asia, December 7-10, 2025.  There were 120 participants from around 20 countries such as Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Maldives, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Italy, Ukraine, United States of America, Thailand and Vietnam.
