On January 20, 2026, there was a group of Nigerian investors came to visit Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, Agency for Real Estate Affairs and President, Thai Appraisal & Estate Agents Foundation.  They are interested in investing in Thailand and would like to invite Dr.Sopon to teach real estate in Nigeria too.
