     Yokohama (1987), United Nations Centre for Human Settlements(1988), UN-ESCAP(1988), CEFIGRE France(1989).
Guest speaker on housing industry and real estate development at training courses held by the National Housing
     Authority, Thammasat University, Chulalongkorn University since 1984, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration
     since 1985, financial institutions and business firms.
Principal and course director of a 32-hour course on principles and practices in property valuation organized for
