On Tuesday, September 6, the FIABCI World Council of Experts (WCE) conducted a free webinar on “Beyond Pure Valuations” at 8 a.m. Paris time (1 p.m. Bangkok, 11 p.m. LA and 6 p.m. Wellington, New Zealand). Dr.Sopon Pornchokchai, President, WCE moderated this session.

Dr.Francis P. F. Lai is a Singaporean and now a New Zealander. He was formerly a consultant to Royal Thai Government on Valuation. He is a retired chartered surveyor qualified in both property valuation and quantity surveying.  He had both private and corporate clients in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.
