Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2026 (VREF 2026) “Shaping Standards for a Sustainable Real Estate Market” by the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARS) and the Organizing Committee

of the Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2026 (VREF 2026) will be held on January 9, 2026 in Hanoi.

 

The Vietnamese real estate market is entering a new stage of development, marked by an increasingly

comprehensive legal framework and strong governmental commitment to institutional reform, aiming to

build a transparent, modern, and efficient business environment. This is a crucial moment to establish

new development standards that ensure the market’s stability and sustainable growth in the coming years.

 

In this context, the Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2026 (VREF 2026), organized by the Vietnam

Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARS) and the Institute for Real Estate Research and

Evaluation (VARS IRE), is expected to become a milestone event for the industry.

With the theme “Shaping Standards for a Sustainable Real Estate Market”, VREF 2026 will bring

together government leaders, top domestic and international experts, businesses, investors, financial

institutions, and media representatives to:

 

• Discuss policies, trends, and solutions for the stable and sustainable development of the real

estate market;

• Present the Vietnam Real Estate Market Overview Report 2025 & Outlook 2026;
